A security deposit of £90.00 is required to secure a booking. The full hire charge is payable one week prior to the party. The security deposit will be refunded after your event minus any charges for damaged or missing items. If the amount exceeds the value of the security deposit a supplementary invoice will be issued for immediate payment. We can supply a full breakdown of replacement charges prior to booking.

If you want an extra special party for the little ones in your life then look no further! The very talented Kaia @jimjamwigwam put together this INCREDIBLE Unicorns and Rainbows sleepover party for my 10 year old. She was absolutely over the moon and her friends were equally impressed. They had so much fun, and the attention to detail and special touches (for the parents too) were second to none. I cannot recommend her enough, and can't wait until my younger daughter is at the age she can have one too! Thanks so much Kaia, you make dreams come true!!

Alice and 3 friends had the best sleepover ever courtesy of Kaia. Nothing was too much trouble, the individual wigwams were perfect individual pamper zones and we didn’t hear a peep out of the girls until the next morning. Kaia also had treats for the adults which were an extra special and thoughtful touch and totally unexpected.

OMG, what can I say except this was amazing, all the kids loved it. My daughter said it was the best birthday she had ever had. So many people saying how lovely it looked. You went above and beyond for us, even though you had plans yourself you made it happen. Kaia did an absolutely amazing job at creating the perfect Wigwam sleepover party for my daughter's 10th birthday. We chose the Rose Gold and Pink theme. Their faces when they saw the room were a picture followed by "Wow". From providing a toothbrush, paste and floss (Selfie Smile kit) to hot chocolate mugs was just perfect.
